We recommend 8-12 weeks for smaller retreats (under 30 people) and 4-6 months for larger incentive programmes. That said, we have delivered excellent retreats with as little as 3 weeks' notice when venues and availability allow.
Every retreat is bespoke. We typically coordinate venue selection and booking, private chef and catering, entertainment, luxury ground transport, team-building activities, accommodation recommendations, and full on-the-day event management.
